Today IPP Group CEO Jared Ayres has announced the acquisition of Hans Van Triel. The business will be known as IPP Van Triel GMBH, effective 8 November 2015.

Speaking from the IPP Group head office in the UK, Jared Ayres explained, “this acquisition is of monumental importance to the IPP Group and further cements our place, as the leading package supplier to the global energy industry. In spite of current market conditions, IPP Group has maintained growth year on year through acquisitions, capital equipment expenditure and advanced solutions technologies.

IPP has been involved in intense discussions with Hans Van Triel during the last week, with Lawyers and Accountants working through the night to reach agreement and close the deal, eventually settled effective Sunday 8th November 2015”.

This is IPP’s sixth acquisition in just seven years under Jared Ayres’ direction. Jared continued, “I am delighted that this makes IPP Group the leading Norsok certified mill in Europe, a distinct advantage for our customers. The acquisition also means that we have acquired a great company with a solid history in manufacturing and forging of flanges and fittings and under the management and direction of the IPP Group, it will prosper. We can report that through the acquisition we managed to save and secure the jobs of 60 members of staff in Essen and that Peter Van Triel will remain with the company, joining the IPP Group”. Peter comments that “IPP will be a great partner for us and we welcome their investment, helping us to put the business on a firm footing again, after what has been a very difficult period”.
